As the Production Manager, I scouted, booked, & managed location + crew, developed production schedule + budget, & edited the final product.
lessons learned: booking a location with multiple floors + setups = room to experiment with new ideas. a single, static setup is best for the last day of a long shoot. experts don’t need much coaching.
