MQI Coaching combines a research-based way of thinking and talking about math with the power of video for observation to offer
individualized coaching for math teachers.
As the Lead Content Designer, I developed an online learning course, Improving Instruction Through Feedback, and produced video content for both the MQI research project and the coaching program.
lessons learned: human-centered storytelling is the best marketing tactic. translating research results to practical + applicable instructional tactics is like solving a Rubik’s cube: challenging + rewarding.
